Help Desk Support (Customer Care Representative (CCR))

Location: Columbia Maryland

Minimum Requirements:
  • MUST be Wounded Warrior or Disabled Veteran with a minimum of 30% documented disability.
  • Marine Corps experience HIGHLY desirable
  • The call center is available 24/7/365 so alternate work hours are available/ may be required.
  • Alternative work hours (Between 5:00p.m.-8:00a.m.)
  • Education: Associates Degree
  • Experience: 1-3 years

Responsibilities include:

Provides peer-to-peer and non-medical solution-focused coaching for circumstances amenable to brief intervention to the following beneficiaries in support of the Marine DSTRESS line: Marines, attached Sailors, and family members. The contact may be via telephone, chat, video chat or Skype and e-mail. Works under the supervision of the Prime contractor clinical team. This position is a frontline service position and the CCR is expected to provide outstanding service, empathy, guidance and assistance to the Marines, attached Sailors and family members they interact with. The customer care representative must be familiar with Marine specific culture and ethos. The CCR will be responsible for transferring all beneficiaries to a designated Prime contractor Behavioral Health Counselor (BHC) for any interactions that require direct counseling services. CCR’s will maintain confidentiality throughout all interactions with the Marine, attached Sailor or family member unless there is a duty to warn or risk of danger to self or others. The purpose of the DSTRESS program is to provide safety for beneficiaries and stabilize those facing a high period of stress. Maintains current and accurate records, adhering to company policies and laws governing confidentiality; performs related duties as requested.


System Administrator (1 position)

Location: Special Operations Command-Tampa Florida

Minimum Requirements:
  • MUST be Wounded Warrior or Disabled Veteran with a minimum of 30% documented disability.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance (preferred)
  • 3-5 years technical experience in administration of Windows Operating Systems, servers, and applications
  • Production and strong technical experience with Windows 2003/2008 server, Microsoft clustering, Microsoft Exchange, Group Policies, and Active Directory, SQL, VMWare and Virtualization
  • Broad and deep experience as a Systems Administrator working with VMWare technologies
  • ITIL V3 Certification

Responsibilities include:

  • Performs administration, troubleshooting, and support of Windows Operating Systems, servers, and applications.
  • Performs system maintenance, modification, troubleshooting and problem resolution of numerous servers as well as creating and managing a ticketing system to track technical issues.
  • Updates software, operating systems, security patches for servers and computers running Server 2003 / 2008 (or future Windows server.
  • Evaluates server performance utilizing software and hardware monitoring tools and recommends design solutions.
  • Performs information assurance and network security functions which includes, but is not limited to, design and optimization of the security architecture, collection and analysis of security data, and generation of reports based on collected data.
  • Assist with technical support, analytic activities and other duties as directed by supervisor.
