our 4th annual flight to the North Pole!
In partnership with The Kane Show (Hot 99.5 FM), Able Forces works with military and veteran advocates on military bases, VA hospitals, and non-profit organizations who identify wounded, ill, and injured military families with “Santa-believing-aged”children for a simulated flight to the North Pole.
Along with Kane and Chantilly Air of Manassas, VA (who provides the jet aircraft) children board the plane and taxi around Manassas Airport in a simulated flight. The children arrive at a hanger (North Pole), completed decorated as Santa’s workshop, where they are greeted by Santa and his elves and provided an evening of gifts purchased for each child by Able Forces, and by name presented to each child along with cookies, and milk before being “flown” back.
2018 will mark our 4th year of this amazing partnership.
